Hotatech, Inc. Transmission gears are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of one year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Hotatech's transmission gears must be returned directly to your distributor for inspection. Warranty is limited to replacement of the unit. Warranty does not cover failure due to improper installation, failure due to inadequate cooling or lubrication; parts modified by others, or normal wear due to use.

Under no circumstances will Hotatech be liable for labor costs for the removal and replacement of the unit, costs due to down time of the vehicle, shipping costs, towing charges, or rental car charges. Hotatech's Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective unit.
